 One of my expertise is in Mountain Homes. If you're considering mountain living it's important to use a

mountain Realtor. There are too many elements in the buying or selling process that have to be taken into

consideration when purchasing mountain properties. A few are; well considerations, septic, covenants,

serveys, land use etc. Most city Realtors don't know what these are and haven't familiarized themselves with them.

Therefore, they can't protect you. I, also, consult and show and list properties in the city.
